Marguerite R. Orane, BSc, MBA, CPF.  Marguerite’s areas of specialisation are Facilitation, Strategic and Corporate Planning, Entrepreneurship, Leadership Development, Action Planning and Implementation.  She lectured at the Mona School of Business, UWI in New Ventures and Entrepreneurship for 5 years.

Robert C. Wynter, B.A.Sc, M.Eng, MBA, CPF.  Robert’s areas of specialisation are Facilitation, Strategic and Corporate Planning, Organizational Development, Productivity Improvement, Performance Management Systems, Action Planning and Implementation.  Robert has been the Lt Governor for the Kiwanis International Div 23E – EC & C, since October 2004.

Sharon Carruthers joined the partnership in March 2004, and is Human Resource Development specialist on the team. Sharon was the Director, Human resource development at the National Housing Development Corporation while that organization underwent a similar diagnostic and strategic planning exercise. Sharon has also been an integral team member in other public sector diagnostic/action planning assignments such as National Commission on Science & Technology, Ministry of Education and the Central Information Technology Office.

Ulla Wyckoff of Improvement, Coaching & Support works with the Growth Facilitators as an external associate since January 2007. Ulla is a Project Management Specialist, certified by GPM Gesellschaft fuer Projekt Management, Munich, and a trained teacher and programmer. She has been working internationally in system and process change projects of large scales in the retail, drinks and pharmaceutical industry for 15 years before she came to Jamaica in 2004 to work with Red Stripe on a Business Process Review.

Sandra Cooper is an external associate and has been working with the team in February 2005.  She received her CPF qualifications in June 2005 and is a qualified Training and Development Practitioner with over eighteen years experience in training design, development, implementation and evaluation.  She has been Professor, Adjunct Faculty, Nova Southeastern University – B.Sc. Professional Management for the past 4 years and has been lecturing at the University College of the Caribbean/Institute of Management and Production (IMP) since 1994.

Zahra Orane is an external associate who has worked with the Growth Facilitators’ Team since February 2004, managing our Breakthrough Initiative (The Balanced Scorecard in Schools).  Primarily an educator with an arts background, and fluent in French, Zahra has taught the language to children, as well as English to adults and youth, and media arts to adolescents in Jamaica and the U.S.  She has also consulted to and served in managerial capacities in community organisations serving women and youth in several countries, including Jamaica.

Gill Chambers of Jamalysha Training Company Limited works with the Growth Facilitators team as an external associate.  Gill received her CPF qualifications in June 2005.  She has received the City and Guilds 924 Youth Trainers Award from Hounslow Borough College, and is a Heart NCTVET National Vocational Qualifications Assessor from Heart Trust.
