What is the Balanced Scorecard?The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a tool which reflects how the strategic objectives of an organization will be achieved and it is the management tool for Strategy Execution. The BSC clearly defines an organization's performance measures and targets and the initiatives that will support achieving these targets. Performance measures are defined for each strategic objective documented in the Strategy Map of the Organization.
What is the Strategy Map?The Strategy Map defines all Strategic Objectives in at least four perspectives of an organization, the financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth perspectives. The strategic objectives are defined to close the value gap in achieving the organization's big goal and vision. What does CPF stand for?CPF is the abbreviation for Certified Professional Facilitator. All Growth Facilitators' partners and associates are CPF's, certified by the International Organization of Facilitators (IAF).
What is Facilitation?As consultants we bring our expertise and experience to our clients. As facilitators we guide our clients in achieving consensus in a group process. We design the process and facilitate the interventions focusing on managing the process and the dynamics of the group, and leaving the content and decision making to the participants. What is the International Association of Facilitators?The International Association of Facilitators (IAF) is dedicated to promote, support and advance the art of facilitation, i.e. the use of group-process methodologies world-wide. It provides an interface for professional development and growth, practical research, and peer-networking in the arena of professional facilitation. Since 1994 the IAF has grown to a membership of over 1500 in 63 countries. Annual conferences are organized in North America, Asia. Australia, Europe and Africa.
