Growth Facilitators’ approach is facilitatory, participative and developmental.

Facilitatory: This word has a Latin root – FACILE – to make organizational transformation easy.

Participative: Two heads are better than one. Likewise, the more persons involved in organizational planning and transformation, the greater the chance of success.

Developmental: We strongly believe that all interventions should result in the transfer of expertise to the organization.
